Three centuries of naval history under one roof

Please note that the National Museum of the Royal Navy Portsmouth's Victory Gallery and 36 Hours: Jutland, 1916, The Battle that won the war will be CLOSED until 2:30pm on Tuesday 24th May due to a private event.

The National Museum of the Royal Navy main building will also be closed between 12:30pm and 2pm.

 

HMS M.33

HMS M.33 is a unique survivor. Launched in May 1915 she is the sole remaining British veteran of that year’s bloody Gallipoli Campaign and the only British warship from the First World War that will be open to the public during the centenary year.
